CV Screen is delighted to be recruiting a Block Property Manager on behalf of a well-established, privately owned residential property management company. Working from home and covering the Nottingham area, you will look after a portfolio of 35+ residential blocks. You’ll keep each building safe, well maintained and compliant, and be the main point of contact for leaseholders, residents and directors. With a salary of up to £45,000 plus a company car, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing business known for its practical, hands-on approach and long-standing client relationships.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Oversee a portfolio of 35+ residential blocks in line with lease terms, RICS Codes of Practice and ARMA standards
- Appoint and manage contractors, agree scopes of works and instruct surveyors to keep buildings in top condition
- Set accurate property budgets, run Section 20 major works consultations and help recover service charge arrears
- Attend AGMs and residents’ meetings, answer leaseholder queries and keep residents informed
- Cover emergency out-of-hours calls, grow the region’s profitability and help win new business
What Experience is Required
- Proven block residential management experience
- A clean driving licence (maximum 3 points) and confident Microsoft Office skills
- MIRPM, Section 20 knowledge and property management system experience would be a real advantage
Salary & Benefits
Up to £45,000 depending on experience. You’ll also get a company vehicle with private use, a mobile phone, home working, and a holiday allowance that grows with length of service.
Location
Nottingham area (home based). Easy commute from Beeston, West Bridgford, Arnold, Carlton, Long Eaton, Hucknall, Ilkeston and Mansfield.
